Today will be 33.8 max and 12.6 avg - legs are getting stronger and this is a flat stage.
Prayers for safe travels again today. I am off tomorrow so I don't know if I will check in - you guys are my work break :) But hope the rest of the trip goes great and cannot wait to hear some good stories when you return!
Welcome to the Selden Seen Blog. Judging by the fact that you are now reading this blog, you probably know at least one of the two Selden brothers. Tyler is a member of the Air Force Band of Flight, stationed at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. Ray is a youth pastor at the Wesleyan Church of Orchard Park, NY. For years they have talked about doing a long-ish bicycle trip together — the time has now come. Join them as they prepare to journey to Rollins Pond in the Adirondacks ... and be sure to check in as they make the trek, July 28 - August 2.
While you're here, you are invited to support the causes behind our ride. You can access them with the links below ...
Tyler is riding to raise awareness for the Air Force Aid Society.
Ray is riding to support Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
Also be sure to sign up as a follower of this blog as a show of your support of this crazy trip!
